Issue a full or partial refund in seconds. Every refund tracks the reason, who issued it, and when. No spreadsheet of corrections.
Offline payments
Log the payment with a memo. The tuition plan moves to active or paid, your billing team is notified, and the books reconcile. No parallel paper trail.
Late additions
Add the student to the household, regenerate the tuition plan, and only the new charges go out. Multi-student discounts re-apply; existing payments stay intact.
