Charging for an event needs Basic. QR codes, check-in, early-bird pricing and volunteer slots come with Premium.

From idea to full house in four steps.

  1. 1

    Create the event

Add the date, location, price, and capacity. Add questions if you need to know more, like allergies or how many are coming.

  2. 2

    Share one link

Every event gets a page of its own. Paste the link into the newsletter or the class group text.

  3. 3

    Families sign up and pay

They register on the event page and pay right there, so nobody's chasing checks the week after.

  4. 4

    Watch the roster fill

See who's coming, who they're bringing, and who's paid, with totals that add themselves up.

The roster fills itself in.

Who's coming, who they're bringing, and who's paid. The totals add themselves up, so nobody's counting at 10pm.

  • Attendees against capacity, and money collected
  • Guests, payment status and check-in for every registration

A sign-up page for every event.

Open house, field trip, spring gala. Each one gets a page with the date, price, and spots left, and families pay right there.

Run the event, not the spreadsheet.

  • One link, everywhere

Paste it into the newsletter, the class group text, wherever families look.

  • Paid at sign-up

Tickets and add-ons get paid when families register. Need to refund someone? Do it from the roster.

  • Full means full

Set a cap and registration closes on its own when you hit it. No awkward emails to the 61st family.

  • Questions that fit

Ask what you need to know at sign-up, per event, and see the answers on the roster.

  • Check-in

Mark people as they arrive, one at a time, right from the roster. Included with Premium.

  • QR codes for flyers

A code for every event, so the flyer on the wall is also the sign-up page. Included with Premium.

Yes. Free events are included on every plan. Charging for an event, with tickets or priced add-ons, needs the Basic plan. Families pay when they register, and you can refund someone from the roster.
